Photographs by Shelby Lee Adams from his new book "Salt & Truth" will be exhibited at Davis Orton Gallery, 114 Warren St., Hudson, NY from September 9 - October 9, 2011. There is an opening reception Saturday, September 10, 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Being exhibited are black and white photographs from "Salt & Truth" (Candela Press, October 2011), and Adams' recent color work, both continuing his series documenting families in his native eastern Kentucky. "Salt & Truth" is Adams' fourth book.
